If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would educate people about the homeless in the streets. I would have recycling donationb drives where cans be left fr the homeless to collect, rewards for every bag of garbage and litter brought in off my streets/ tax breaks fr those whorecycle and carpool
