All animals deserve the right to be free from Abuse/Cruelty and to be able to live their lives peacefully and naturally as possible. I will be their voice, a voice for all the voiceless animals in the world.
I do my clicks for causes everyday, send/sent letters and emails to relevant parties of concerns, i have signed a lot of petitions, took various actions and contributed to the care2 news submitting various stories, some of which made the front page, all down to the caring members of care2 who noted the stories. Thank you everyone who made this possible. Since joining the site i have made new friends, joined various groups and made various contributions to help many causes. I am really happy and glad that i came across the Care2 site as now i do feel that i have made a differencealong with the other millions of members on the site, together we can all make a difference thanks to all the Care2 staff and caring members.

The Government has promised to build 3 million new homes. Now we need to persuade the Minister for Housing Caroline Flint MP that social rented housing should be prioritised to help those in urgent housing need.  Without this, millions will continue to suffer at the sharp end of the housing crisis.  Please email Caroline Flint MP to ensure as much pressure as possible is placed on her to prioritise social rented housing.

 We are the fourth richest country in the world, and yet millions of people in Britain wake up every day in housing that is run-down, overcrowded, or dangerous. Many others have lost their home altogether. Bad housing robs us of security, health and a fair chance in life. Shelter campaigns for new laws and policies aimed at ending this national scandal. Prioritise social rented homes!

Dear Caroline Flint,

Congratulations on your recent appointment as Minister for Housing.

I think it is great news that the Government has committed to build 3 million homes by 2020, a proportion of which will be socially rented, as the first step towards addressing the housing crisis. I congratulate the Government on making this promise.

 When you begin to deliver these new homes, I am calling on you to prioritise social rented housing.
 We must move quickly to provide decent, affordable and permanent accommodation for those who are suffering at the sharp end of the housing crisis right now - the people who clearly need help the most.
I hope you agree that this is indeed a key priority and I look forward to reading your response.

Every Disabled Child Matters is a new campaign to get rights and justice for every disabled child. It is a campaign by four national organisations working with disabled children - Contact a Family, the Council for Disabled Children, Mencap and the Special Education Consortium. One of the key objectives for Every Disabled Child Matters is to make sure that the government's child poverty targets are met for families with disabled children.  Tell Congress to Support Children's Health!

More than 9 million children under five will die this year -- and every year -- from preventable and treatable diseases like pneumonia. They die because they were born in poorer countries and don't have access to simple treatments that most of us in America take for granted.

We can do something to help save these millions of young lives, and so can Congress. Members of Congress have introduced legislation called the Global Child Survival Act (H.R. 2266, S.1418) that would recommit the United States to lead the way in improving children's health by expanding funding for proven solutions like antibiotics and immunizations.

Give these 10 million children a stronger chance to live by urging your Senators and Representative to co-sponsor the Global Child Survival Act.
