I am the mother of three grown children and enjoy close relationships with them all. I am married to a wonderful man who enjoys my love of nature, the environment, and helping others. I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years and a certified massage therapist and energy healer for almost 8 year. I love to garden, kayak, make gemstone jewelry, read spiritual and enlightening books, meditate, learn new ideas, and be with my family.
I am an avid rockhound! I collect interesting rocks from everywhere I go and my house and gardens are filled with rocks from tiny pebbles to boulders.
My Philosophy
We are all expressions of the Divine, however we choose to name/interpret that. We all have a right to those beliefs and be safe with them.
What Gives Me Hope
To see people all over the planet "waking up", being responsible for themselves and the welfare of this beautiful planet.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
To totally reorganize traditional government and give everyone an equal say in how things are run. No one is above anyone else, such as class, job, sexual orientation, religious belief(or non-belief) or the amount of education and/or money you have/don't have. We are all responsible for our actions and need to take responsibility for anyone/thing less fortunate then us. I would also like to abolish big, greedy, and harmful corporations such as chemical, drug, and any other company that does not have the welfare of the planet and it's life forms as it's major priority
What/who changed my life and why
The event that changed my life the most was the death of my first husband to cancer. I saw first hand the brutal politics in our current medical establishment, the insurance companies, the drug companies, etc. I found out that many of them do not do what is right but what is profitable. That experience sent me on a personal journey to live more closely to nature, to Spirit, and to dig deep into my own beliefs and prejudices. My reading library is now immense, consisting of such authors as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Neale Donald Walsh, as well as an extensive collection of alternative healing methods; herbal, crystal, essential oils, massage, reiki, and therapeutic touch.

Thank you for being there, for speaking out, and for speaking the truth as you know it. We are all better off when we share what we know and feel with others. Namaste.
Happy Thanksgiving, or as I like to call it: Return the Native American Lands Day. While other people are going stupid for Pilgrims (I like mine roasted) spend some time with a Native American instead: http://www.purewatergazette.net/nativeamericanthanksgiving.htm
