Many people often judge based on what they think someone is like or have asked me who I am or what my name means. Its here that I choose to answer those questions.
SpiritEagle, the meaning of the name: About 4 years ago a friend of mine told me that my Sioux name was to be SpiritEagle. Which means that I watch over others, keeping them safe and sound. I move like an eagle, free and with the wind. In a sense with the spiritual wind I move, for that reason I am bestowed with the name of Spirit Eagle
As for who I am: I have been through rough times and such, but through it all I have figured one thing out and that is that my place here is to help others. Whether I do it during my time at my job or whether I do it in the evening times it does not matter, what matters is that I am there to help others. In times of pain and need, in times of sadness or happiness I shall be there. If anyone questions this, then feel free to then email me and ask those questions.
For those who judge, I leave you with a simple quote and ask that you read it and think about it, then apply it to life.
"You can not judge a book by its cover you must look inside to discover the truth, to discover the beauty of the book." You must do the same when in a friendship or a relationship. You must look past their physical attributes and what they do or what they look like and go deeper, find out their personality or their likes or dislikes and then and only then will you truly know what kind of person they are.
Tribute to those affected by September 11th, 2001:
Fallen Angels
On the day that time stopped, that the world screeched to a halt we all stood in sorrow.
The day that the freedom that we all had, that we all kept close to our hearts was taken from us.
The day that we lost hundreds of hero’s, the firefighters the paramedics the police officers who tried in vain to save us.
They went into those towers knowing well that they might not come back.
As many were rushing to get out, they were rushing in to fight back the flames so others could escape.
That fateful minute that the south tower came down, followed by the north we lost hundreds of golden hearts.
The hearts of men and women who died doing what they do everyday in every city and town in America, saving lives.
Their colleagues staying hundreds of hours afterwards, trying to find their “brothers, their sisters.”
Each day passing, and not finding anyone. Then the hope that we all had when a police officer was pulled out.
Then the hope fading, that the day the search turned to recovery that even in vain their efforts were not enough.
The memorials that sprung up at each firehouse, new Yorkers coming out and showing their pride their love for the men and women that fought so desperately to keep those towers up.
The clapping, the cheering, as those same men and women slowly went back to being who they were. Back to fighting fires, back to saving lives.
The men and women so loved that day, and now revered in a different way. Loved by those that they saved, those who were given a second chance, given another chance at life.
But there are those within each “house” that would give anything to take the place of a fallen paramedic, firefighter or police officer. Those that ask the simple question of why, why did “I” lose my comrade, my partner.
In the hearts of all Americans we shall always remember their bravery and their selfishness to have gone into a disaster, caused not by mother nature, but by humans, knowing they would not come home. Just as those on the planes did calling their families to say good-bye saying that they would not be coming home.
But in those hearts, in those minds will always be the souls, the memories of their lost brothers and sisters that fateful day.

I am a poet, a man ready to take whats in his heart, in his mind and put it on paper for all to read.
I am a spiritual person, looking to the spirits for answers to life changing questions.
I am a simple person, needing nothing to enhance my life other than my friends and my family.
I am a medic, here to help and take care of others, regarding their lives higher than mine.
I am a friend to one and all, open minded, open hearted
Ready to help no matter what it takes, ready to lend a shoulder if needed.
Most of all, I am a friend to one and all. So if you ask who I am, just read this, maybe this will help explain some things.
