    Wisconsinites unite!  Emporer Nero said that "There is plenty of wealth in Rome.  Simply tax the people more."  Evidently our esteemed governer has taken this advice, since he decided to raise the sales tax another half of a percent.  He was quoted as saying, "What's the big deal?  It's only half a percent."  ONLY??  ONLY??  What are you going to do with it??
    Also our little emporer has proposed a $1.25 tax per pack on cigarettes.  This means smokers will be shouldering a tax of nearly $20.00 per carton!  Talk about unfair taxation!  When are they going to tax alcohol at that rate?  Alcohol kills people, ruins lives, tears apart families, when are we going to give it an unfair tax?  Oh, I forgot.  Milwaukee is famous for beer, and we wouldn't want to make the entire state angry.  Since the smokers are now the minority, it ok to screw them over.  Governer, start being FAIR!!
