My name is Amanda. I am 17 years old, currently living in a small town located in New York. I have a passion for nature, animals, and helping others. I am a young and developing psychic medium/ healer. Since I was young I have always been quite adventurous and curious in many ways. I enjoy discovering new things and bringing forth an understanding to the unknown. It is my mission to gain as much wisdom as I can and share it with others. I enjoy studying philosophy and psychology as well as natural healing methods such as aromatherapy, herbalism, and reiki healing. I try to maintain a lifestyle that is holistic, natural, and aimed towards morally right concepts.
I believe that life is an opportunity for growth in mind and spirit. With each life, we receive many lessons, as painful as they may be. We are assigned here with a mission and a purpose, duties we need to fulfill and people we are needed to aid. We are tools in the hands of a higher being who yearns to strengthen us, mold us, and create inspirational figures. When our lives are over and all lessons have been learned, we move onward from Earth, and continue our journey elsewhere in the universe to continue learning and developing our souls. As we reside here on Earth, it is our duty to live as happily, peacefully, and morally right as we can. For humans, that is a hard task, we are not perfect by any means, but we are made in the image of God, and therefore have the ability to resemble his divinity.
What Gives Me Hope
Watching the kindness of others, feeling the presence of spirit, discovering something new, achieving success, meditation, prayers.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
To be in a position of such authority is not something I would wish for, although I do strongly disagree with the choices of those who are currently in that position. There are so many things I would do to make the world a better place either way if I were to assume that job that I doubt I would know what the first step would be to take, especially in a world that is so blind and is lacking of much needed guidance.
What/who changed my life and why
There is no one thing that has changed my life, as every day there is a new person, place, event, or discovery that majorly impacts my life and future. Although, if anything I will say that in 6th grade when I made the decision to become a vegetarian, that choice ultimately lead to the great path I am now walking today. I do believe that without that change in my life, I would never have come across the other great changes and discoveries that have made me the person I am today.
