Peace will never come at the barrell of a gun, it will come only through understanding our mutual role and responsibility to lead by enlightened example, not by military Fiat. Our strength is our ability to understand, not by domination, but by compassionate interaction and responsible conduct in our relations with all nations and all peoples.

What/who changed my life and why

Demian, Siddartha, and Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse because they introduced me to the metaphysical when I was young, and thus began my adventure of exploring the esoteric fundament that passes for the manifest universe we live in. Like a stone sinking to the bottom of a clear pool, my attention becomes evermore distilled and free of the attachments that try to make static that which is ever-changing and in a constant state of flux.
