What Gives Me Hope

That the sun continues to rise on a new day, giving us all a new opportunity to make it a better day.

If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by

Spend much less on war and cover-ups, and spend much more on feeding the hungry and housing the homeless. Especially right here in our country, where poverty is rampant.

What/who changed my life and why

The charachter of Sophie in "sophie's Choice"---what a staggering sacrifice, and the true horror of the Holocaust became real to me then.
