What Gives Me Hope	Anyone who speaks out against all odds for what they are invested in morally.

What/who changed my life and why	Mostly books by Cheri Huber from the Zen monastery in Murphys, CA. The Keep IT Simple books. My beautiful friend, Loris, that showed me what love is about. My dog, Shep, who taught me that abuse does and did happen in a house that was supposed to be a home. The city of Portland, Oregon, and the brokendown palace of a former metropolis called Yonkers up on the Major Deegan. Colorado Springs for having the most beautiful summertime that my heart has ever known. EMDR and/or forensic psychologists that can vouch for the invalidated and say, "Yes, this DOES happen". My beautiful friends who loved me no matter what anyone else said, and those that put up with me, and understood my sh** when I was going through rough times. Anyone who took me in, and clothed me and fed me and gave me a place to sleep who didn't necessarily have to, but understood, and loved me unconditionally, regardless of anything else. ALL ANIMALS on this Earth, Al Gore, Gandhi, George Harrison. Anyone who says what needs to be said regardless of the audience, and what they think the audience wants to hear, those sticks standing up in full currents need to be fortified with other witnesses to the statements that they are instrument to. Come on; let's all get up and bear witness for their heart and not be afraid! The lady who led my first yoga sessions (I was walking on what seemed like the top of the WORLD afterward!!) Anyone who can just come out of nowhere and give me a hug, and say, "I missed you" and "I love you". This is all nourishment for my soul, and healing for any bruising it ever took. Animals Should Be Seen, Heard, Validated, Respected for their Innocence, Honored, Paid Attention to, have their Needs Regularly tended to, and are to be Understood and LOVED DEARLY. The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth!
