my life has not been easy, however, i look at it as a learning experience... i am able to share with others the things i have learned throughout my trials... i have lived little compared to some and much compared to others... all of life is relative...
i enjoy many things and can do many things... i love to create... i write poetry and short stories, i paint and have worked with clay... i sing and have written songs, i love to sew and have made my own clothes... i have many house plants and love to garden out of doors... i like to can my own foods when i have a place to store them... i love to cook and feed my friends... i love to decorate and would put pics of my home on here but the last time i put great effort into my page it disappeared without a trace... i have recently moved and perhaps will put some pics of my new place on here after a little while...
i can't remember a time in my life when i was not aware of the presense of the Lord/the Great Spirit/the Creator... i have always just known things without being told, this is something i have no control over... the knowledge is just given me when i need to know it... elders in the Christian community call this the "gift of knowledge"
My Philosophy
live in the now, learn from the past, look to the future...
What Gives Me Hope
waking up each day with a clean slate...because if i ask for forgiveness with a repentant heart it is given...
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
start by making everyone live within their means, throw away all the credit cards... if you don't have the money to buy something now, then you save until you have the money to pay cash for it... except large items like autos and houses, of course...
bring back all the jobs that have been out-sourced to other countries and let disabled people do them for minimum wage so that when you call someplace to ask a question in regards to one of your appliances, utilities or your cable you can understand the person you have to deal with... it would solve two problems in one fell swoop...
What/who changed my life and why
life itself... the ever changing wonder of it... the possibilities and, yes the crises... they make you strong, they make you grow, they make you reach for what you can and will be...
