I have 3 children ages 22,21, and 16. My 22 year old son is in the Army, serving in Iraq since Sept 06. He will be coming home Nov 07!!!! I know he has been in the thoughts and prayers of family, friends, and my clients, and for that I am grateful. I hope the day soon comes that they all come home.

UPDATE MAR08. My son returned home safely from Iraq. He is currently stationed in Alaska, but might be in the process of being medically discharged for hearing loss in both ears. Although I have mixed feelings about this damage done, it has to be considered as a blessing in disguise...I am so relieved and happy that it is correctable with hearing aids, and that he returned home safely, and that he will not be returning for another tour of duty there

My personal update is I am Extremely busy at the moment with my massage practice, and also currently studying for certification to be a doula. I have 2 births scheduled this summer to be the mother's labor companion. My apologies to "lagging" time delays in responding to messages, or friend requests.


My Work/Purpose/Path: I am a nationally certified massage therapist. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for 5 years now and this has given me better understanding of my client's pain issues. I specialize in providing rehab and relief for chronic pain sufferers. My goal and focus is to improve quality of life.

I grew up on a farm, working with horses everyday. I loved the beauty and power of these amazing creatures This was to be my first experience with how bodies responded to touch....and I was HOOKED!
