Think before you throw it out
I'm a consummate saver, not one of those that saves everything but a little of this and that, because I try to discover what I can do with certain items for some other use. Gee whiz you can't imagine how many wire hangers I've cut up to make different useful things. I know that space is at a premium but we should try to keep as much out of land fills as possible. We also forget how to be self sufficient and then claim we don't have time nor money to get the job done. Our ancestors pioneered the world reworking things to get the job done. We don't and should.
