If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Clean up the environment and provide pet owners free spay and neuter clinics. I would create no-kill shelters and close all the others. Provide financial assistance to the people that really need it. I would promote peace as much as possible. Give all homeless people assistance to get back on track.
