If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Bring in a Whistle Blower Law. I would see that more raised multi use Electric Scooter, Bicycle, Wheelchairs, etc. lanes were instaled along ALL roadways. This would make for a more safe and livable communitty. Canada to join the EU.

I certainly agree with you about bike/scooter/wheelchair lanes, as well as Whistleblower Laws. People are often afraid to stand up and speak when they see injustices. I suppose that's why many of us are in Care2.
