If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Shut down all prisons & mental institutions & install a true system to restore these lost persons to him/her true self, & thus, in the society; based on trust, real free health & psychological help .
& of course fighting poverty at the source by giving everyone a home, a good education & wellfare that can fully be provided for the whole world by these stinkin' rich "powerful people" ruling us -As they stole their power from us soo long ago, it would be only be fair!-
