Not so wild, but because of an undiagnosed MRSA infection, I now have congestive heart failure. I try to keep my heart as healthy as possible by exercising all the time. Because of it, I now am happy and as healthy as I will ever get under the circumstances. I found out that life's too short for us to get bogged down by the small stuff and try to change as much of the big stuff as I can....which isn't much.
Don't be a braggart and cop a superior attitude because smug people usually are shown the error of their ways sooner or later...and it's not always pretty...

Just a short, but very heartfelt, message to wish you and your loved ones a very happy festive season (whatever you personally celebrate this time of year). Hoping that 2014 will be a much better year (for us all) than 2013 has been. May it bring Peace, Happiness and, above all, Good Health !! Lots of love and hugs, Pamela

So sorry you didn't get my birthday card in time - I sent it the day before (25th) but it hadn't been collected, when I checked today. I've resent it, in case there had been a "glitch" in the system (it happens). Hope you had a wonderful day and will continue the celebrations throughout the weekend ! Big Hugs, Pamela
The name of the song is Until the Last Moment by Yanni. Yanni once said before playing this song in concert to appreciate life as it is very fragile and short. So enjoy your birthday, the 26th, be it spent in a whirlwind of family joys or quietly alone with a good book, a walk among nature, or with a special someone. Today Life is your Gift! I'm honored to spend this small part in it.
