 Right now, I'm trying to get my life back on track after getting out of the Navy on a medical discharge. Didn't have any choice in the matter  Guess it was easier to get me out of the picture than deal with the real problem. My objective now is to go to college and hopefully start a new carreer. Shame what happened at Virginia Tech, but felt it coming for a while, and figure the next thing to happen will likely be worse. Song that comes to mind is "Have we forgotten about Bin Laden", and I've noticed in ways we have, because some of the things I've seen has me pretty scared. As most things that are learned the hard way, they're usually fixed after blood has been spilt. Hopefully we don't have to pay too much. Other than that, I'm just watching the world from a small town and hope things will end up getting better.
The main thing I'd like to see done is for people to come together, become more aware, and to help somebody in dispare while at the same time saving their own butt. I've seen some of the ugly peices of this beautiful world, but think they can be changed to become part of the beauty! Can't do it all ourselves, yet we can work together so as to hopefully make a difference. My dad was my greatest motivator, but he died a year ago from cancer, so it's been difficult at times.
  What concerns me the most is how things are going, the peices being moved in the game, Where we're moving closer & closer to a conflict that will eventually lead to WW3. Just a feeling I got that I had before Saddam made his move on Kuwait & before 9/11. Sure hope I'm wrong, but gonna try to be ready in case it does.
