If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Change to bio-feul/ethanol. Feed, Feul and Clothe the World with Hemp. End Animal Cruelty, Arctic drilling, and building weapons, espc. neuclear. Provide free medical-care. Establish a more healing connected sense of community within the cultural norm. Invest the budget on HIV/AIDS and cancer research, education, health-care and the environment vs. the war or tax refunds that further deflate our dollar. Support Darfur.
