What/who changed my life and why Eckhart Tollie helped me find the calm within myself , the acceptance of who I am . The irony in how uncomfortable we sometimes become in our own skins and with ourselves and the knowing that once you become okay with you, you tend to become okay with other people even when though we are all different . It's okay to disagree ...I realize now that every moment of our lives is based on only one moment its the one we tend to forget about then we had... its right now ..this very moment.. its the only moment that really counts the only one we can be a part of..and until we live everyday of our lives like this very second is the most important second we have and that it is the only one that really means anything ,we can never truly live.. So dont get lost in all the yesterdays ,next weeks, and last years all of the shoulda's and the coulda's.. we forget that we still can right now.. Well I guess you don't have to buy the book..lol..sorry I got a bit passionate for a second...seee
