1. Sit quietly in a sacred space of your own making ( you do not have to think of anything except your breath)
2. Place one hand palm flat just below the throat chakra across the thymus point (the beginning of the sternum) This would be your dominant hand.
3. Place your other hand flat palm side down just above your naval at the solar plexus
4. Take one breath in counting to seven as you breath feeling the energy enter your being
5. Hold for seven or as near to seven as possible
6. Then breath out at a count of seven releasing any negative energy in the form of soft mist or colour.
7. Relax unwind and enjoy the moment. you have just encountered your spirit self in the universe of love.
