What Gives Me Hope I don't know. It used to be my spirituality; I'm going through a bit of a rough period trying to find something new.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by No excluding GLTB people from the rights given to heterosexual married couples. Emergency Contraception easily available to everyone. Sex Education reform. I wish I knew how to give all the poor people homes and health insurace and medicine and everything and let everyone have education and help poorer countries more and everything but I'm not that smart.Try to bring Darfur and other thigns more into the public eye and help build a constituency that will stand up against genocide.
What/who changed my life and why Mohandas Gandhi because he was just one person but he made a big difference. Sometimes I feel like it's impossible for little me to make any kind of impact on the world but he gives me hope. And as of yet I haven't heard anything dissappointing about him. He has inspired me.

Also my Morality/World Religions teacher, Mr. Lannig, who taught me a lot about Gandhi and other incredible individuals. He is an inspiration because he is truely dedicated to being a great father, husband, teacher, and person. He has been arrested for civil disobedience among many other accomplishments. He is intellegent and just one of my favorite people.
