I have travelled from age 19 starting with my duty in the USN . I was a crewmember on the USS NIMITZ . I have travelled to 5 continents ; 1 to go! I have studied and continue to learn about: Natural Medicine/Spirtuality..I learned from a shaman in Peru how to prevent disease and to a certain extent help one overcome disease. I also participate in Native American Sweat Lodges..I like yoga(Ashtanga/Hatha/bikram) , Pilates, gym, swimming, movies, theatre, travel, and veganism..Cooking included. I am also a buddhist .I study Dahsonin with SGI.
