About Me I'm a 54 year old single woman living with a wonderful man. We have three rescued chihuahuas Mia, Chace and Julio, a rabbit and a guinea pig. I work with a rescue organization that takes in dogs other rescues consider too old, sick or damaged (like Mill dogs).

What Gives Me Hope Whenever I hear of someone reaching out to help an animal or another person, it gives me hope.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by If I were president, I would get us out of the wars and use that money to rebuild the infrastructure of the USA including schools. I would use some of the money to create jobs and shore up the resources of our human service agencies. I would also pass legislation making puppy mills illegal and animal abuse a felony.
What/who changed my life and why Christopher, who gives me the support I need to live well, the freedom to help others and the love I need to grow.
What Bugs Me Any one that would hurt an animal, Excessive Consumerism, intolerance, Complainers and whiners, Drunk Drivers, Evil people, arrogance, Those who hurt others weaker than them, People whom do harm unto others, injustice, hypocrisy, The destruction of rural areas
