If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Start a program to end euthanasia in shelters. have them trained by inmates and adopoted out or even allowed to live with inmates.. like the program in gwinnett County Jail, GA.. check out my petition to start on in every state starting wth my own in FL!
