Excuse me if I'm a wreck. Happens when the only thing (well, person) you ever lived for leaves. Just stating this to get it over with, it's likely to be among the first things I say in any conversation anyway. Also, if you want to tell me things like "there will be others" or "time heals all", don't. I react VERY badly to such things. I swore there will never be anyone else, and enough time (three and a half years) has passed to make it clear time can't heal this. End of story... But apparently people just refuse to get this, notice the comments...
Oh, little note. Don't send me friend requests, I'll just reject them. I'd rather stay unconnected. If you want to talk, my e-mail is listed on the contact page, use that, it's way better.

Impose a series of measures (starting with draconic "right to breed" laws) in order to drastically reduce population before we'll actually need to start killing people for that purpose and before Nature will take care of the matter for us.
Do you know what birds do? They imprint on another bird. They think they will never want to imprint on another bird when their mate leaves or dies. They mope inconsolably. Then another bird is introduced into their cage. They ignore it, still pining for the lost bird. Days, weeks, months go by. Then against their better judgment they begin to imprint on the new bird because it is there so much. Then they find they have imprinted on the new bird. Find a new bird to give your brain a chance to imprint anew.
