My Philosophy
What Gives Me Hope When I see children being accepting of each other regardless of their mental abilities, their age, or their looks (before they are tainted by parents and other influential people in their lives).
When I see young children being creative and original.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would require all schools to have music and art programs. I would include diversity discussions (with positive guidance from teachers) in high schools. I would publicize and promote involvement in community service/helping programs such as AmeriCorps after high school. I would put more funding towards programs such as Teach For America so that more teachers would be able to help our children.
