About Me In 2006, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It is now in remission (thank God!) and I am a better person for the fight. You learn a lot when you face a life or death situation. I like to say that it was the biggest blessing I ever received.

I'm a Cowboys fan and have been for 26 years - win or lose, those are my 'boys! So, unless you want to watch the game with me, don't call or come by during! I don't care for other sports on tv but enjoy going to games.

I competed and taught competition Country Western Dance from 1991 up until 2001 - so, of course, I like to dance though I'm quite out of shape from my previous illness. I am working on that too. Now days, I'm a writer (Children's stories among other things) but not yet a published author...still working on that one.

I've always wanted to go skydiving and would like to visit Scotland (Braveheart is my favorite movie). I like to try new things and love spontaneity.
