What Gives Me Hope
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Returning Land to the Native Americans.
What/who changed my life and why	My Father-he saved us all. Love by Leo Buscaglia. I read it when I was 19 years old. That was the beginning. My Senior Midwife Linda-introduced me to "The spirit world". Homebirth of my kids-It gave me self empowerment like nothing else. My abusive relationships-It taught me about me and forced a change. My teachers/elders-They gave me hope. Spiritual experiences-Things I could never explain that have happened to me so many times. The death of my Father-it changed me forever. Taught me how to live! To the Native American People-those who I have met and still know. Who have welcomed me into their lives, sweat lodges, who taught me medicine when they didn't have to. For teaching me humility, tolerance, patience, forgiveness, respect for ALL living things. They brought me to The Creator. They are the true keepers of Mother Earth and Her inhabitants..and it will be they who will eventually heal Her again.
