My Philosophy	BE the change you wish to see in the world. It starts with one person, one voice. Be that voice!
What Gives Me Hope	That tiny spark in the darkness, which when slightly breathed on becomes lightly kindled and ignites. This in turns becomes a fire that can spread and make a difference, especially where there was total darkness and the cold of winter.
