If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by The world would be working toward sustainable development by reducing military budgets (no nuclear weapons and other WMDs), and spending that money so that everyone can have a full belly, adequate shelter, appropriate clothing (including clothing optional), education to whatever level the learner strives to achieve (12 years minimum), etc.: a global body more powerful than the United Nations to ensure world peace; an end to bigotry and hate; an end to environmental degradation; organic agriculture; etc.
