If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
let everyone in Moweaqua have as many pets as they want, as long as they take care of them. We can only have two cats and one dog, or two dogs and one cat! If I wanted to be an animal rescue house, I wouldn't be able to because I already have maxed out my pet limit. It's stupid!
