If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I'd fire all politicians and invoke a federal law requiring all prisions to execute any deathrow inmate with more than 5 years in within 1 year from the date of the law and bring back hard labor and the chain-gang to offset rising costs of the systems.
