What Gives Me Hope People with compassion.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Change the calendar to eight days: Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Funday. Require all cars to be Hybrids. Make all beaches clothing optional. Require all skyscrapers to have wind farms on their roofs. Heat the White House GeoThermalally. Get a Presidential Pussy (cat). Tax the crap out of the rich. Socialize Health Care. Eliminate Welfare, make Workfare available to anyone who is willing to show up for the jobs the rest of us are too spoiled to do. Legalize immigration. Make it legal for hunters to shoot each other (Go Cheney :-). Create National Skinny Dip Day. Quadruple the gas and oil tax, and spend the money on developing hydrogen fuel cells. Protect animals with the same laws and punishments with which we protect humans. Crate "Celebrate Your Inner Hippie Day". Create a national Group Hug Day. Create a national "Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day". Host state dinners in my pajamas. Outlaw mean people. And all this is just in my first year!!
