If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would fire the entire city governement of Denver, CO, erase Welfare as we know it, bring back the CIA and re-enforce a "controled border", Change the "its all about me" mind set of the USA, get America off drugs and alcohol, push for moderate to better fitness (mentally, physically, emotionally), Give animals basic rights, Modify our Judicial system to be a deterant vs. a catchers glove, and some other stuff
