If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by implement strict legislation preventing animal cruelty. No cruel entertainment (circuses with animals, bullfight, etc.), no animal testing, no factory farming, no animal skins and parts in freaky fashion industry; educational programs to teach kids being kind to animals; promoting of vegetarian diet, etc.
