The state of New Hampshire is the only state so far that seems to have the fortitude to do what’s necessary to secure liberty in the traditional American sense. “When the people fear the government, there is tyranny…when the government fears the people there is liberty.”–Thomas Jefferson. It is time to create a climate in our country where the government fears the people. Until our government fears the wrath of the American people, we will continue down the road towards tyranny. We are being laughed at…our petitions and phone calls are being ignored, our e-mails are deleted, and our government no longer fears the public. Until it does, we will continue on the path towards the destruction of our Republic.
Frederick Douglass: “The levels of a tyrant are prescribed by the endurance of those that they oppress.” - Jim Stachowiak (host of Freedom Fighter Radio.net)
Notice To MAINSTREAM Media:
It is amazing that you have refused to publish actual documents from the New Hampshire and Washington State legislatures that inform the Federal Government that most of its laws are illegal, unenforceable, and must cease and desist because they had no constitutional power. What will the traitors in government do now?
Andrew Wallace
In case you didn’t hear about it on the mainstream media (which you haven’t because they want to keep us asleep), numerous states are currently declaring or have already declared sovereignty, including:
Looks like people are waking up, even in politics — I am really concerned that this may escalate into civil war… I hope all other States will follow suit and collapse the false government powers that have been pushed illegally. The BS has gone on far too long and has gone way too far for us to sit back and do nothing anymore — it’s not hidden. Blind Freddy can see it, but they just choose to deny it is a problem as they are ruled by Fear – Debra.

It is interesting to note that Arizona explicitly speaks about continuity of government and the role of servicemen.
“…if the President or any other federal entity attempts to institute martial law or its equivalent without an official declaration in one or more of the states without the consent of that state … individual members of the military return to their respective states and report to the Governor until a new President is elected…”

“The Tenth Amendment was intended to confirm the understanding of the people at the time the Constitution was adopted, that powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. It added nothing to the instrument as originally ratified.” — United States v. Sprague, 282 U.S. 716, 733 (1931).
