I don't know where to start.... I am someone who has been though a lot of pain in my life. I don't want to see others in the kind of pain that was inflicted on me.  I am trying to start a help program for the abused on my site. I don't know how much I but i am going to do the best I can, starting with advice on how to get out of the abusive home, or relationship.  I know the first step to healing is to admit that you are being abused and seek help, even if that help is just to talk about it.
