inside this heart sparkles shoot and shine in the sun... the steps i take searching for answers the joy to encounter life on my way the fingers i stretch out trying to touch warm winds the words that overfloat my lips when talking to reason cannot make harm, cannot desire omnipotence, cannot take away...
i'am anti-war and anti-occupation, anti-violence and anti-people's sufferings i'm the thousands crying around the globe, i'm one under the interminable sky the peacemaker who is called different names... my writing may never exist or give birth a thought yet know, a peacemaker isn't the creator of wars and misery we yell for their ending...i clap for each glory of peace along with those who believe in love, who believe in justice
no sins move in my being, my personal actions do may others sleep well among their bad actions? always do
in the midst of day and night i hear bells and drums of war sounds of hostility inserted in children's little brains they dance along horrific sounds until they become men or women with customs and traditions that lead our ways, back always to injustice an eye for an eye, a defense over the ofense a fence higher than flat desperate hunger and babies abandoned at the mercy of luck, black marked to die while our sun observes us going blind going thirsty, shrinking, burning ash by ash or flooded by ignorance and hunger for more destruction
i have learned to say no on my very own, while our green grasses turn onto soft brown and species lay to rest under our precious cars it's true, it is that... no one is better than the other when accidents happen that...passions break into tiny pieces, that...hearts explode with temporary comfort and possessions are treated like a mother but love for the brother is there when no one seems to find it
i look for the peacemaker, the one submerged in a risky corner the one who challenges incomprehension to beat the beast of us the one that seeks no price but the price is always at hand this is november and tricks and treats stayed behind closed doors beyond dried bushes, beyond the colors we worship every year inside this heart...i ask for an end to violence or any thoughts of wars i ask you to be a peacemaker...the glue that puts together our broken hearts
I'd describe myself as someone friendly and outgoing who likes to be around people (seldomly shy but it can happen), sensitive but strong minded, passionate and compassionate. I'm active and fun to be with, I just about like to do anything at least once, sounds like a clitche but it isn't. I appreciate both the city and nature. Human rights and the environment (and everything in between) are very important to me and will do anything I can to try to protect them. Personally, I seek equality in a relationship.
Do not fear loneliness. Once one builds strength on his/her own presence, there won't be need to call upon a god/other superstitions when feeling desperately lonely.
What Gives Me Hope
This is a great place to restart hoping, where I may be able to find think-alike people, that's treasure!
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
I'll pretend, I got no training in government of course :)
Get rid off of politicians/lobbysts/advisors/etc. who supported any wars and placed barriers on economical/political/social development in areas of crisis for lower middle class, homelessness, and immigrants. Eliminate borderlines not only in my nation but worldwide (i.e., if I were a powerful leader), make it a free land for everybody again where everyone owns his piece of property. Distribute wealth evenly and educate everyone as a 'mandate;' we're way behind in education and that's what maintains the priviledged always on the top of their agendas. If most people were educated, our planet would be more protected and wars be a joke/or an old history chapter; as non-competitive educated people, we definitely wouldn't need to train our citizens to kill (and be authoritative and above the rest of us for a price/food or violence adrenaline rush). If we were all educated, classism and racism would be antiquated terms and would've been swept away decades ago. If we were educated, everyone would have free healthcare and science would continue to grow and reach unimaginable achievements. At this state, we should only be preocupied to preserve our Planet Earth, seeing it freely through traveling (hardly impossible with current fares), and loving it day by day with all its loving fruits.
Like most of us, utopian dreams are only that, it's always easier to dream than reaching a goal for many of us; the good news is that many leaders had their own utopian dreams, and they actually did quite a bit to make the world a better place.
What/who changed my life and why
I changed my own life because I depend on myself and my ability to survive. It is my believe that if we give genuinely and generously, we will receive genuinely and generously, in all senses. We get inspired by those who have the privilege of knowing more than us, but at the end of the day, it is only our decision that will make a difference when time arrives and asks us for positive change in our lives.
