Have you ever wondered why delinquency is on the rise in almost all parts of the Plantet? Well, I did and feel that a possible reason is that politicians keep repeating the same old mistakes over and over again. One such mistake is placing more emphasis on material construction and reconstruction and neglegting the HUMAN BEING. The social structure of most communities is deteriorating. Jails are crowded, police is overworked, yet crime is increasing. Has anybody thought about REGENERATING the DEGENRATED individuals? It means giving fellons a second chance. Place them in barracks where skilled psychologists and educators will regenerate them. Let them learn a trade. Let them restore their self-esteem. Set them free without a trace of a criminal record. But make it clear, that if they again resort to illegal ways,, they will be kept in jail until hell freezes over. SOMETHING DRASTIC MUST HAPPEN SOON, or the world will up in an even worse chaos. Do you agree? Do you have suggestions? Please contact me!
Give each one a second chance but not more. Help those who wish to improve.

Reduce material regeneration and instead concentrate on regenerating humans who deserve a second chance in life. Separate from society those who blew their second chance and lock them up until their 90th birthday.
