What Gives Me Hope When I am down and feling hopeless, seeing or reading about a person doing something kind for an animal or person in need--this more than anything keeps me hopeful.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Make breeding cats and dogs become an expensive, licensed proceedure. Make spay/neuter required for all pets. Establish a good trap/neuter/release program for ferals.
