If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Concentrate on a maximum wage while maintaining a minimum wage; encourage cottage industry; provide stipends to musicians, artists, writers, photographers, et. al.; legalize pot and, reluctantly, the other stuff.
What/who changed my life and why	Books, movies, events and people haven't much changed my life because I've primarily always been a spontaneitist -- but I suppose new people change my life more than anything.
