What Gives Me Hope Cats. Prayer.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Pass stringent laws to protect the rights of animals. Massive education reforms. Massive reforms in advertising, media, video games, and television content in particular. Pardon non-violent criminals, and have violent criminals surgically blinded then put them on a bare subsistence welfare-style allowance (much more economical than housing them via the prison system). Sex offenders & murderers would receive the death penalty. All prisons would be converted into housing for the homeless. Legalize it. And, last but definitely not least, I would get China out of Tibet. I guess that would be a good start.
