Came to Dublin for a holiday in March 2004 and decided to settle here.  Went home to Wales to pack a bigger bag.  I miss home of course, I love my country, but it's only a 40 minute flight to Cardiff, my home town! Rented an apartment in central Dublin and for the first five months or so, I was free to cruise the streets and generally got to know the city.  Have some stories!

Freedom came to an end when I met my partner in September 2004 and we have lived together since.  Glad we met when we did because things were getting out of hand! ;0) He has three children under the age of 12 who absolutely adore me for some reason! They live with their mother, I'm glad about that! But we get to see the kids almost every week... The partner's ex-wife is cool about us two, but the kids don't know that we are a couple, they just think their daddy has a really nice 'best friend'. I'm cool with that. They will know soon enough...

I love to dance, music and dance are soul food to me. I've been told I dance like a man many years younger! I have to admit, after two or three songs I have to sit down! When I was a young feller in the late 1960s, early 1970s, I belonged to a funk dance group. James Brown was our hero.
