If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I will enforce a law that castrates all child abusers and rapist. Will instill a law for public punishment for all that abuse women and animals and last but not least I will have a law that enforce public and community service with manual labor to any abuser of the environment, trash dumpers and polluters
