About Me	Want stronger laws in place to punish animal abusers -- all of them -- whether first offense or not. Judges must apply the laws to abusers and stop letting them off so easily. The USDA and APHIS must strengthen their rules/regs and apply maximum penalties for violations of AWA and ESA. GET WITH IT!!!
