About Me	I am a New York City-based writer whose work has appeared in numerous publications including Quiet Mountain: New Feminist Essays, Women’s eNews Daily, and Her Circle Ezine, as well as many Finnish-American newspapers and journals. A new essay of mine will appear in the upcoming anthology Working Women: Stories of Strife, Struggle and Survival (Sage Publications, February 2009.) A versatile writer, my book reviews have been seen in New Age Journal online, my satire found in the popular blog Internet Marketing Sucks, and my photojournalism has even landed on the home page of CNN.com. I live in a quaint Brooklyn brownstone, the kind you see in movies about love between quirky New York City characters, with my husband Peter and an 18-pound very nocturnal cat.
