I live in a little fortress wildlifed with cats and turtles and fish and birds and a squirrel and a snake I just discovered yesterday that slithered away rapidly as I was approaching the fish pond. I think he was one of the good guys of the black racer type.

What/who changed my life and why
There have been many and these have changed over the years in impact. As a kid, Albert Schweitzer was a hero to me. And , of course, Wonder Woman. Later, Krishnamurti. I think A Wrinkle in Time and The Little Prince are the books that have meant most to me in terms of reached deep down into my heart. I was glad for movies like Powder, The Green Mile, What Dreams May Come, AND Major Payne!
