What Gives Me Hope Giuliani for Prez.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Enforce a law which bans animal cruelty. Should the murderer be caught, life in prison would be the best punishment. Also, I believe in bringing back chain-gangs in which prisoners would be forced to work towards making this country animal-friendly (i.e.) Build habitats and so fourth.
