About Me I'm pretty easy going and enjoy humor and creativity. I can't understand how anyone isn't moved by the beauty of the natural world and would not want to keep it. I wish we could all be strengthened by a bond with each other and throw off all the bs put upon us.

Wild Fact About Me I don't consider it wild.
My Philosophy Have kindness and respect. Be aware of the beauty of the natural world and don't need too many other things. Don't believe in all the things you're supposed to do in this life. Take time to search and find an understanding of yourself and others.
What Gives Me Hope The true nature of humanity.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Remove lobbyists as one of the branches of our government. Enact seperation of corporation and state. Encourage people not to see anyone else on earth as essentially different.

What Bugs Me intolerance, greed, meaness, nationalism, injustice
What Scares Me Those who measure the quality, of life by how much they consume

Whatever befalls the Earth, befalls the people on the Earth. Man did not weave the web of life. He is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web he does to himself. - Chief Seattle

The end of democracy and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of [private cartel] lending institutions and moneyed incorporations." -Thomas Jefferson

howl.jpg I had seen the video with the Yes Men but not the one with Jimmy Dore. It seems the only way to do things today is to embarrass and point out where Dem's are failing those they claim to be protecting and working for. Claiming that they are on the side of the people and working for the donors. More and more Dem's, thankfully, have stopped supporting them and voting for them on the "we are better" than the GOP. It worked for awhile but it's a sham and a lot more people are coming around to seeing that. Better is not good enough. Love it. Yes, it is better not to be standing in the pile of crap but standing next to it might be better but not good enough.

Guess not all Texans are into having this Wall.....
Good cartoon about the EPA.....Trump placed in everyone in all those positions with one goal in mind. Destroy it. Bannon even admitted so much.

Image result for cartoons about transparent border wall
Very hot here as well Bryan. In the 90's every day but we have the humidity so it feels like 110F or 106F. Doesn't take long being out in it for the sweat to start dripping off of one's body. Some of our late afternoon storms bring in a short relief of cooler air, which is always welcomed. But that tends to be after fierce rumbling, lighting, and winds. One of our major banks last week had all of it's phones and computers fried thankfully on a Sunday so no one was there when it happened. Thought this was an interesting cartoon, I also posted on a story about Trump's transparent wall along the border, done from a humorous angle to it. Gosh we need to laugh or we'd be in a river of tears.
