If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Find a decent home for everyone, get those kids in college, have excellent day care or after care for all children who's parents are working. Have an economy so people can chose to stay home and raise their children if they chose to. Free college for everyone. Adequate food for everyone. Teach how to live a good and honest life in school.
